It is a timed ab workout&#8230; start in a sitting position with your feet and back off the floor&#8230;the time limit is up to you&#8230;.you extend your legs&#8230;bring them back in&#8230;then your head back&#8230;..and in&#8230;.arms out&#8230;&#8230;and in&#8230;&#8230;shoulders back &#8230;..and in&#8230;.then finally&#8230;.extend your legs, head back, shoulders back, and arms out&#8230;..bring it all back in and your done!! if you have any questions leave me a comment!!
