Crunches
I did an awesome crunch workout today!! I suggest the last thing i did as a part of the routine!! THE AB NAZI!!! it is the total ab workout!! It is a timed ab workout… start in a sitting position with your feet and back off the floor…the time limit is up to you….you extend your legs…bring them back in…then your head back…..and in….arms out……and in……shoulders back …..and in….then finally….extend your legs, head back, shoulders back, and arms out…..bring it all back in and your done!! if you have any questions leave me a comment!!
